Offline POS & Billing is a point-of-sale and inventory app for retail shops, kiryana and general stores, pharmacies, and mobile and electronics shops — any counter that sells by barcode. Everything is saved on your phone or tablet, so the till never stops when the internet or power goes down.

Billing is built for speed. Scan with a USB, Bluetooth or camera scanner, and scan the same item again to add one more — no taps in between. Take cash, card, bank transfer or split payments with change worked out for you, apply discounts, hold and resume bills, and print on 58 mm / 80 mm thermal printers or share the receipt on WhatsApp as a PDF.

Your stock always adds up. Manage products with multiple barcodes, categories, units and tax; print or generate barcode labels; and record every movement — sales, purchases, returns, damage and counts. Low-stock and out-of-stock lists turn into a purchase order in one tap, and you can import products from Excel and export stock, sales and purchases back out.

Sell on udhar with confidence. Take part payments and advances, keep each customer's balance, history and printable statement, and see exactly who owes you at a glance. On the supply side, record purchases with discounts and freight, track what you owe each supplier, pay them, return goods and keep the bill photo.

Returns and exchanges run against the original bill with the correct refund, and the cash drawer is fully covered — expenses with photos, opening and closing cash, and a Z-report at close. Reports cover today's sales, profit, expenses and alerts on one screen, plus profit & loss, stock value, best sellers, slow movers and payments, all printable or shareable as PDF.

Every cashier gets their own PIN and permissions, managers approve sensitive actions with theirs, and every change is kept in an audit log. Daily backups run automatically, encrypted with your password, with optional backup to your own Google Drive and support for several devices in one shop.
