Services
We provide custom software development, AI solutions and subscription-based products. Project scope, timelines and deliverables are defined in a separate agreement or statement of work.
Subscriptions
Subscription products are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Intellectual property
Ownership of custom-developed software transfers to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed. Our subscription products remain the property of AHK Studios.
Liability
Our services are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, AHK Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
