Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for AHK Studios subscriptions and one-time purchases. Payments are processed by our reseller of record, Paddle.

Subscriptions

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us, and your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current period.

14-day money-back guarantee

If a subscription product does not work as described, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Contact us with your order details and we will arrange the refund through Paddle.

One-time and lifetime purchases

One-time and lifetime purchases are also covered by the 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. After 14 days, one-time purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.

Custom software & project work

Custom development engagements are governed by their individual agreement or statement of work, including any milestone and payment terms. Fees for work already delivered are non-refundable.

How to request a refund

Email hello@ahkstudios.com with your name, the email used at checkout, and your order or invoice number. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days.
